    • Yes, you can use the Emeril Lagasse air fryer to reheat your meals. You can use reheat or keep warm function to heat meals.

Using a perforated paper plate in an air fryer is ok. Also remember, that microwave and air fryer functions are not the same. Air fryer uses a fan to circulate hot air inside and microwave uses heat waves to cook foods. Two different things.

    • If your air fried chicken nuggets are tough and dry and you’re not getting the crispy test, you may want to apply a little bit of oil to the nuggets.

Remember to shake the basket halfway of cooking. Pause the timer, open the basket and shake it properly. With 350 F cook for 8 minutes and pause the timer after 5 minutes of cooking to shake it.

      Hope this helps!
